Reviews, Comments, Communications, and Other Content

MWR encourages visitors to post messages to the forums; provide feedback on their use of the website; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as content is not obscene, threatening, slanderous, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties. Content must be free of software viruses, political campaigning, and commercial solicitation and must not be any form of spam.  You must use a valid e-mail address when joining the website’s community. The Wireless RERC regularly reviews submitted content prior to posting on the website. We will notify you by e-mail when your message has been posted. On occasion, wireless product and service providers will be offered the opportunity to respond to your posting(s). Their response may appear next to your posting on the website. If you submit postings, you grant MWF a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You represent and warrant that all of the content that you submit is your own, that it is accurate, that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy, and that it will not cause injury to any person or entity. We have the right, not the obligation, to monitor and edit content. MWR takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.

Participation in this website is voluntary. You may request at any time that we remove postings you have submitted or any of the personal information that you have provided. We will remove the requested information from our databases generally within 48 hours. If you request removal, we may no longer be able to provide you with services you may have requested. If you request all personal information be removed, any postings you may have submitted will no longer be made public.
